Trauma is the impact of physical, emotional and/or psychological wounds. Trauma exists in many forms and you will react differently to each trauma you experience. We believe that loss often generates trauma symptoms such as intrusive images, unpleasant thoughts and feelings, over-reacting and a sense of being captive to these experiences. Emotional/psychological trauma requires a process of release.
